When you order from me, Caity, you can expect your parcel to be handled with care, packaged with discretion, and shipped securely using Australia Post. Here’s how I make sure your purchase reaches you safely and privately.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Flat-Rate Shipping: I ship all Australian orders for a flat fee of AUD $8.50.

Carrier & Tracking: I use Australia Post for every domestic delivery. Once I’ve sent your order, I’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders usually arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on where you live. If you’re in a major city, expect your parcel within a few days. Rural and remote areas may take a little longer.
International Shipping

Flat-Rate International: I send international orders for a flat fee of AUD $18.90.

Carrier & Tracking: Parcels travel via Australia Post International Standard, complete with tracking. You’ll be able to follow your package online from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Timeframe: Typically 5–15 business days, depending on your country. Customs or remote locations may take longer, so please allow up to 3–4 weeks in rare cases.

Customs & Duties: Some countries charge import taxes or duties. These are your responsibility as the buyer. Please check your local customs office if you’re unsure. If a parcel is returned to me because duties weren’t paid, I won’t refund shipping costs, and re-shipping will require another payment.
Dispatch & Processing

Processing Time: I usually dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Same-Day Cutoff: If you order before 12:00 PM AEST, I’ll usually send it out that day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.

Confirmation: As soon as I’ve shipped your order, you’ll get an email with your tracking details.
Discreet Packaging

Plain & Unmarked: Every order is packed in plain packaging with no logos or revealing descriptions. No one will know what’s inside.

Discreet Sender: The return address won’t mention my name or store, only a generic return address.

Secure Wrapping: Items are sealed carefully for protection and hygiene, especially worn lingerie, socks, or delicate accessories.
Delivery Issues

Correct Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address you provided.

Unclaimed Parcels: If your order comes back to me because it wasn’t collected or the address was incorrect, I can resend it, but you’ll need to pay shipping again.

Lost or Stolen Parcels: Once your order is in Australia Post’s hands, they’re responsible for delivery. If your parcel seems lost, I’ll help guide you through Australia Post’s investigation process. If tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting me.
